Why Earwig Problems Keep Coming Back
Earwigs are nocturnal insects that hide during the day beneath mulch, rocks, planters, debris and other cool, damp materials. They may enter garages, bathrooms, kitchens and storage areas while searching for moisture and shelter.
Although their pincers can look intimidating, earwigs are mainly nuisance pests. Repeated indoor activity usually points to moisture, nearby hiding places or easy entry points.
